How Carnales Taqueria Started
We wanted to share the same street tacos and birria our family made back home. We started with a dream, a grill, and a small space. Now we serve two communities—Toledo, Ohio and Temperance, Michigan.
Inspired by Mexican Street Food
Our food is all about real street flavors. Tacos, suadero, quesabirria, and birria ramen are made just like in Tijuana or CDMX. We keep things simple, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we make is based on how our family made it—no shortcuts.
